CLUB TRAINING, what is it?

What is it?

We describe our Club sessions as 30 minute sweat sessions.

Our Club Training is designed to target all realms of fitness. They are varied to positively impact your strength, stamina, stability and overall work capacity - moving through an extended period of time.

Our sessions are balanced to ensure that you are working multiple muscle groups and that you are maximising your fitness in various thresholds.

OBJECTIVES

Integrate not overstimulate.

We very much believe in a healthy balance of work and rest. Most of your movement and energy expenditure is done outside of the gym - at least it should be. That being said, it is important to expose our bodies to some form of resistance training. We encourage our members to get in 3 sessions a week, ensuring they dedicate their time to our coached Small Group Personal Training (SGPT). This way they are able to get the right level of intensity through our key movements and carefully programmed strategy for optimal strength and fitness gains.

Where our club sessions are effective, is when you have built a good foundation of movement quality and efficiency. What we want to avoid is overloading the body, especially through the early stages of resistance training, as we want to mitigate the risk of injury and really focus on the challenges of SGPT.

Once you are in a good routine and you have found that you are recovering well between the days that you are training, you may consider integrating a club session or two to see better results in both capacity and efficiency.

The sessions include all of our cardio equipment, free weights and bodyweight exercises. Club Training caters for up to 16 people in a session. The session is led by a coach who is there to provide instruction, guidance and motivation. You can be working individually or as part of a team but rest assured that you’ll always work hard and always have fun.

We are Sweat-it Training and we’re proud to be one of the best gyms in Crowborough. We’re easy to get to from Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.
