Whatever your skill or goal we can personalise these sessions to suit you as an individual and also pair you with someone on a similar journey. Making sure it’s not just us providing the motivation it’s your TEAMmates.

We can fit these sessions around you and give you a clear path to success with our undo-voted attention. Plus you receive all the benefits of SGPT + TEAM sessions so you’re always under our expert watch.

OUR CLASS TIMETABLE

These are our high-intensity sessions to mobility sessions. Our aim here to supplement our Personal Training by ensuring we give you everything you need to succeed. Build strength, power, endurance and mobility while having fun in a larger group format. Plus these are completely unlimited with all our memberships.

Whatever your fitness level is, we’ll personalise your programme to get you to where you want to be. It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or an advanced athlete, our seasoned coaches have all the tools and know-how required to help you.
