What Does Your Trial Include?

Everything you will get while on your 30-day trial with us....

10x SGPT

Come to up to 10 sessions in 30-days to really get a taste of how it all works. 2+ sessions is where we see the best benefit for all our members'.

Unlimited TEAM Training

Now, these are our Higher Intensity strength sessions which are high paced. Work your whole body within just 30-45 minutes and leave with a smile on your face.

Food Diary Review

During your first week, we ask you to keep a food diary. We then review this with you in week 2 with small manageable changes as we want to help in a sustainable way.

Weekly Reviews

Every week for your first 4 we ask you to review your time with us. We then help coach, make the next week even better. So you're never alone.

Body Composition Analysis

Support

This is our secret weapon to see how you're made up. This gives us some great data to measure progress from and see how well you're doing and is. all non-invasive.

We are with you every step of the way so if you ever have a question we can answer it either within our FB group, daily questions or within a session.

Whatever your ability from complete novice, looking to get back into fitness or performance based athlete we can tailor our approach to ensure you get what your looking for. While working you towards your goals as a individual.
