We pride ourselves on empowering ALL our members to do things they may never believed possible. this is one of those opportunities to step out of your comfort zone while still being at the club surrounded by your coaches and fellow members.

FAQs…

Just like our SGPT sessions, all the workouts are designed in such a way that everyone can do all or elements of them. You’re in a TEAM of 4 and you’re strengths will be used during every single workout to maximise the TEAMs potential.

Depending on your injury you may still be able to take part. Please speak to a TEAM member to see if it could work for you. If not then we can always need a hand during the day to assist so you can still play your part.

The TEAMs are put together with fairness in mind. So even if you are new to things like this, that’s ok. All you have to do is turn up and give your best effort which never goes unnoticed.

Games Day has an element of competitiveness due to the nature of working in teams, but there are always more laughs and smiles than disappointment.

It’s 0900-1400. It’s our same opening hours, just pushed back a few hours to allocate for pizza at lunch rather than breakfast. The success behind our games days is that they are classed as a social event vs a training session. With enough notice, we hope you can arrange your diary to accommodate.

Your TEAM will need you for around 4 hours so please make sure you’re available for the morning until 1pm. If you’re going to be late please speak to the TEAM as we may be able to work it so you’re one of the later starting teams.

Games day
ITINERARY
How does the day all shape up..?

Doors will open no earlier than 0845 so the TEAM can get all set up.
You MUST have arrived no later than 0915 for the briefing so you know what’s coming up.
The usual teas and coffee will be on offer to get you ready for an action-packed day.

You will have seen the workouts ahead of the day but in the briefing, you’ll be shown them while given the opportunity to ask any questions.

There will be space and time to get yourself warmed up for each workout. You and your TEAM are responsible for being ready for each workout.

First TEAMs kick us off. On the day we will provide timings for all TEAMs which will be relevant to your TEAMs number.

All the fitness will be completed, now it’s all er to the social side of why we LOVE SweatIT.

Now kick back and tell each other about your favourite part of the day. Plus save the date for the Summer Games Day.
