HELPING UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN THIS CHRISTMAS.
This winter, the SweatIT community will be extending their generosity towards a cause that helps support families in need. This time of year is all about giving so we will be joining forces with The Children's Respite Trust to raise as much as we can to help.
About the Charity
The Children's Respite Trust is a charity based in Uckfield providing around the clock support for the families of children with complex medical needs, severe learning or physical disabilities.
The work they do dramatically improves the lives of children and their families across Kent and Sussex by providing them with the opportunity to get a short break - doing things the rest of us would take for granted.

Christmas Charity RAFFLE
£10 a strip with all proceeds going towards buying toys which will be wrapped and delivered to the Children Respite Trust. Christmas should be magical for every child, which is why it is so important for us to raise funds for as many children as possible.
For every strip purchased, you'll be entered into a prize draw to WIN 6 months of training at SweatIT.

Mount Everest Box Step Ups
Starting on the 10th December and running over to the 11th of December, Josh & Tom will each be doing 17,420 box step-ups in 24 hours to raise money for the Children’s Respite Trust.
Yes, 17,420! Which is the equivalent to the height of Everest, 8849m. It's a long way and a long time but it's all in aid of a brilliant and local charity.
